2025 Pyramyd Air Cup: A Thrilling Gathering of Airgun Enthusiasts
The Airgun Sporting Association was delighted to participate in the 2025 Pyramyd Air Cup, held from September 18-21 at the scenic ranges in Solon, Ohio. This marked the 9th annual event, drawing over 150 competitors from across the United States for a weekend of precision shooting and camaraderie.
It was truly inspiring to connect with fellow airgun sports enthusiasts, both seasoned veterans and newcomers, in such a positive and supportive atmosphere. The event featured ideal weather conditions, fostering high scores and friendly rivalries across multiple disciplines, including the 100 Yard Benchrest, Gunslynger speed silhouette challenge, and Field Target competitions.
Standout performances included Brian Van Liew’s victory in Open PCP Field Target with an impressive 110/120, Lauren Parsons’ strong showing in a shoot-off for WFTF PCP, and Wes Crisp’s blistering 41-second win in the Mag-Fed PCP Gunslynger division. The banquet capped off the event with awards, raffles, and a relaxed vibe that left everyone eager for next year.
